You’ve converted your data to your new Cloud. What now?
Movemybooks makes your move to a new cloud accounting platform as comprehensive as possible, and we aim to save you as much time as we can.
However, there are some things that we are not able to do because of certain limitations in the software systems we need to use, that are outside our control, and because no two sets of data are the same.
This means that there are some post-conversion tasks that you will need to perform which should be done as soon as possible after your conversion. Luckily, these usually take only thirty minutes or less to complete.
The tasks you will need to perform post conversion are:
- Tidy the Sales tax (GST and PST)
- Tidy bank reconciliations
- Tidy foreign currency (if applicable).
The specific details will vary depending on which cloud accounting platform you are converting to – Xero, Sage or QuickBooks.
